During design development, exciting ideas often cannot be further pursued. One such example is the development of a key visual for the Bösendorfer piano company on behalf of YAMAHA Music Europe. Subsequent visuals were to highlight Bösendorfer’s technical perfection by alluding to the art of inlay work:
